Program Description

Event Details

International Dot Day is “a global celebration of creativity, courage and collaboration,” inspired by Peter H. Reynolds’ popular picture book, The Dot. Kids will watch an animated version of the book to inspire creativity, before creating their own paintings, as well as a collaborative art piece. (Grown-ups will also be welcome to add to the collaborative piece!)

The art we create in this program will be displayed in the conference room, where we have a gallery space that often features local artists. We'll make sure to take your information so you can take your art home when we're done displaying it.

This program is intended for kids ages 7-11.
