"Read with Benny the Bean" Reading Challenge Begins!

December 17 - January 31

This winter, Beanstack is partnering with Steps to Literacy to welcome all libraries across North America to join the winter reading challenge, which features Beanstack's very own Benny the Bean! Participants will earn fun, Benny-themed badges for logging their reading and completing activities. 

Our goal at the Athol Library is for kids to read a total of 20,000 minutes. Watch Benny climb the 20,000-minute mountain in the Children’s Room as we read our way to the summit! 

Kids who complete the challenge by finishing their digital BINGO sheet on Beanstack before the end of January will also win a Beanie Baby!
