Program Description

Event Details

In this program, children ages 3-11 are invited to come make seed bombs! We'll start by reading the picture book "Me, Toma and the Concrete Garden" by Andrew Larsen as an introduction to the concept of seed bombing, before getting our hands dirty and making our own!

Seed bombs are made of a combination of clay, soil, and wildflower seeds. Our mixture is ready for kids to roll into balls and add seeds! Kids can take home as many seed bombs as they can make!

This program was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services - Dig-In Grant.
