The Athol Public Library is participating in the Massachusetts Center for the Book’s 2025 Adult Reading Challenge!


The Massachusetts Center for the Book suggests a theme for each month - Read any book you like that relates to the theme, and come see us on the Third Thursday to tell us all about it.*  Attend each month or drop in as the mood strikes you.  Registration is not required.


The theme for November is:  A cookbook or book about food.


Come see us on the second floor of the library if you want help making a choice.  We'll have a display and book lists, too.
*Not inspired by this month's theme?  Read anything and tell us about it, anyway!  Not ready to talk?  Feel free to attend and just enjoy being in the company of readers.  We'll be happy to see you!
