Event Details
Eliza Eldredge, a costume and prop maker, fine artist, and jousting knight renaissance faire performer, will share ideas from her more than ten years of experience. Eldredge will showcase some of her projects and talk about materials and techniques for making your characters come to life!
We'll break off into groups to give you time to play with the various materials and start working on your own costumes or ideas for costumes. Eliza will assist attendees with techniques and materials and will also brainstorm with you around your individual costume goals.
Bring your questions and ideas!
Free and open to the public.

Eliza Eldredge is the owner of the costume and prop-making company, Eldritch Arts, based in western Massachusetts. She has crafted and sold costumes and props full time since 2012. She is known for her obsessive attention to detail, and creating exquisite, screen-accurate replicas of props and costumes from films, TV, and video games.
She has experience with all different kinds of materials - from making corsets and sewing garments with delicate fabrics or fine leather, to crafting armor and props from foam, sturdy leather, or sculpting, molding, and casting resin pieces.
