Use this form to request a family activity pack from the Athol Public Library.
Each kit comes with a puzzle, a movie, a snack to share, a book to read together, an activity book, and other goodies to share as a family.
These kits are perfect for families with both kids and teens and will be available from November 17 - December 30.
