The Massachusetts Statewide Summer Library Program is funded by the Friends of the Athol Public Library, the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
Event Details
Calling all adventurers ages 5-11! Follow the clues around the library, both indoors and outdoors, until you find treasure!
You may want to bring a phone or notebook so you can record the clues, which must remain in the spot you find them.
Note: This is more challenging than our regular monthly scavenger hunts--rather than having a list of clues, you must follow the clues in order to reach the end.
Children ages 10-11 can attend this program with or without an adult. (Younger children must have an adult present.) Please be mindful of your child’s needs and abilities when deciding whether or not to accompany them. This is an unsupervised program that will take place both inside and outside the library.
