Bring your apron and get ready to party!
Local chef Cristina Garcia will lead us through the steps to make homemade kimchi and kraut! We'll work together to chop and prep, and everyone will go home with a jar of fermenting goodness.
Sharp knives and other kitchen tools will be used in this activity.
Please bring a wide mouth jar and an apron.
