Event Details
Join us on Saturday, March 25, as Jessica Bryant of the Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust teaches us about the importance of native bees and pollination for the food on our tables. Then, you’ll build your own native bee house to take home for your backyard!
Bee houses can be built on any budget for farms, gardens, and parks. In addition to their role in increasing bee abundance, they can be an educational and fun way to learn about wild bees.
All materials will be provided.
Registration is required. Please call 978-249-9515 or visit https://athol.librarycalendar.com/event/native-bee-house-making-workshop to register.
Made possible by the Friends of the Athol Public Library and the Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust.
