Purpose of Meeting
The Athol Area Y is bringing their introductory "Let's Get Started" exercise class to the library.
For many, with aging comes arthritis, the risk of falls, and a more sedentary life. If you (or someone you know) is looking to gently move into a more active life style, this is the perfect program. Lead by certified instructor, Deb Bergeron, the low impact exercise and stretching will help improve flexibility, strength, and stability. Offered in a friendly environment with upbeat music and easy to follow instruction, join the Y at the library for six weeks of movement and fun!
All equipment is provided. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes (sneakers).
