In this mending workshop, join textile artist and mender Percival Burch for step-by-step guidance in the art of mending by hand.
Join us on the fourth Monday of the month at noon either in person at the library or online via Zoom for a thought-provoking discussion of this month's selection. Copies of the book are available now at the adult circulation desk. Digital editions are also available for download on Libby or Overdrive. Registration is not required, but strongly encouraged! On the second Wednesday of the month, drop by the Teen Space at 3:30 pm for a laid-back craft. Each month there will be a new craft to learn and enjoy. Attend them all or just your favorites.
This month we'll be turning wooden spoons, felt, faux fur, and some extra bits and bobs into adorable gnomes. You can use your unique bearded friend to decorate for the winter or even keep them up all year long.
